C&rsquo;est une discipline\u00a0pour tous, \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de toutes celles et ceux qui d\u00e9sirent acqu\u00e9rir, entretenir ou am\u00e9liorer leur condition physique.<br \/>\nIl puise ses origines de l&rsquo;A\u00efkido et des \u00e9coles de sant\u00e9 japonaises, \u00a0ainsi que du Tai chi chuan,Qi gong et Yoga.<br \/>\nSes exercices sont lents, progressifs et adapt\u00e9s aux capacit\u00e9s de chacun.
